Clinicalmind is seeking a talented and versatile Full-Stack Data Engineer/Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end data solutions, including data analytics schema design and data visualization. You will work closely with stakeholders from various departments to understand their data requirements, develop robust schemas, and create compelling visualizations that facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand the organization’s data ecosystem, including transactional. databases, data warehouses, and external data sources.
- Design and develop scalable and efficient data analytics schemas derived from transactional databases.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to extract, transform, and load data into the analytics schemas.
- Develop data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Use data visualization tools and techniques to create intuitive and interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations that address business needs.
- Optimize data schemas and visualizations for performance, usability, and scalability.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in data engineering, analytics, and data visualization.
- Document data schemas, data flows, ETL processes, and visualization guidelines for future reference.
- Provide technical guidance, cross-training, and mentorship to team members.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of practical experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analytics schema design and data visualization.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- Proficiency with data warehousing concepts and techniques.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and data pipeline development.
- Strong understanding of data modelling and data architecture principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Attention to detail and focus on data quality.
Other requirements
- Familiarity with modern non-SQL DB Tools such as MongoDB would be a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud-based computing, such as Azure would be a plus.
- Familiarity with non-software-based data visualization tools such as D3.js, Plotly Dash and Taipy.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis, machine learning, or data mining techniques.
- Familiarity with .NET ecosystem and C#.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, Python, R, or Java (C# is desirable).
