KBR is seeking a Data Management Analyst to join our Team !
In this role you will provide engineering Data Analysis and CDRL management support services for program management, acquisition, engineering, integration and sustainment planning to the F/A-18 E/F and the EA-18G Program in NAS Patuxent River, MD.
Role and Responsibilities:
Provides critical program analysis and interpretation of technical data to Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
Participates in meetings and collect, complete, organize, and interpret technical data.
Develops program correspondence and management tools, provide technical data analysis and interpretation to process Proposed Specification Change Notifications (PSCN) and Contract Deliverable Requirements Lists (CDRL) through NAVAIR and PMA-265 division processes.
Provides data collection, verification, and validation.
Provides critical program analysis and interpretation of data requirements.
Collects, tracks, organizes and reviews data deliverables in support of aircraft/weapon/project acquisition.
Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, deliverable management and data management. Ensures currency of all DoD and NAVAIR Data Management policies, procedures and industry standards.
Reviews and revises the Data Management Plan (DMP) and supports the Government Data Manager.
2 to 4 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
Must have demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Power Point and access).
An active Secret level security clearance is required.
Allowable Substitution (Contract Requirements):
An Associate’s degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree. OR
Four (4) years of additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
Must be a self-starter and be able to co-lead meetings and capture actions items and meeting minutes.
Must be able to assess, apply, and recommend improvements to established business processes.
Must be able to balance priorities in order to work effectively in the fast-paced program office environment.
Must be highly proficient Microsoft Office (Word; Excel; PowerPoint; Project & Outlook).
General knowledge of NAVAIR policies, procedures, terminology and requirements.
Knowledge of program/project status and action item tracking, and Integrated Program Management (i.e. earned value management) is desired.
Contract requirements regarding education and experience will prevail.
